Trinity and Oaktree to invest in hotel assets in Hawai, California, Mexico and Japan

Trinity Investments and Oaktree Capital Management LP have formed a joint venture that will invest up to $3 billion in hotels in Hawaii, California, Mexico and Japan. The joint venture is planning on investing with institutional and high-net worth partners in these markets.
