TruAmerica and Oaktree buy two multifamily properties for $142.1 mln
TruAmerica Multifamily and Oaktree Capital Management have acquired two multifamily properties in Phoenix Arizona and Las Vegas in separate deals totaling $142.1 million. Included in the transactions were Galleria Palms, a 424-unit multifamily property in the Phoenix submarket of Tempe that was acquired for $75.1 million; and Aviata, a 456-unit multifamily property in the Las Vegas submarket of Henderson/Paradise Valley that was bought for $67 million.
