Twin Brook supports Spire Capital's recap of Lighthouse

Angelo Gordon's middle-market direct lending arm Twin Brook Capital Partners provided $105 million in financing to back Spire Capital's recapitalization of Lighthouse, according to a source familiar with the transaction. Twin Brook served as the sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the financing. Lighthouse is a provider of ediscovery and consulting services.
