Twin Brooks supports Highroad Capital's recap of York Wallcoverings
Twin Brook, Angelo Gordon's mid-market direct lending arm, has provided financing to support Highroad Capital Partners' recapitalization of York Wallcoverings, according to a source familiar with the transaction. No financial terms were disclosed. York Wallcoverings is a maker of wallpaper, borders, murals and wall decals.
