Twitter pays $350 mil for mobile ad company MoPub

Twitter paid $350 million in stock for online mobile-ad exchange MoPub, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters. Twitter assigned a value of about $20 to its shares, which are currently trading in the high $20s on the secondary market, the person said.
