United Group to buy CME media assets

United Group, which is backed by KKR and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, has agreed to buy the Croatian and Slovenian media portfolio owned by CME. Financial terms weren’t announced. The portfolio of assets includes TV channels in Slovenia and Croatia.
