Unites Sports buys NATHAN Sports

United Sports Brands, a portfolio company of Bregal Partners, has acquired NATHAN Sports. Financial terms weren’t announced. Sharon Hill, Philadelphia-based NATHAN provides athletic hydration, visibility and performance gear. NATHAN’s principal owner and chairman, Jon Reichlin, will continue as an investor in United Sports Brands and remain a contributor to the NATHAN brand. D.A. Davidson & Co. advised Nathan.
