Värde Partners appoints two partners as co-CIOs

Värde Partners has named two of the alternative investment firm's partners Ilfryn Carstairs and Jeremy Hedberg as co-chief investment officers. Both will join current CIO George Hicks, who is also the firm’s CEO. Carstairs and Hedberg's appointments become effective January 1, 2017. Hicks will step down from being a co-CIO on January 1, 2018 and focus solely on being the company's CEO.
