VC-backed Appcelerator hires Punter as CFO and COO
Mountain View, California-based Appcelerator, an enterprise mobile engagement platform, has named Spencer Punter as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Previously, Punter was a CFO of SnapLogic and a managing director at Capital Dynamics. Appcelerator's backers include Union Grove Venture Partners, Storm Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Mayfield Fund, Translink Capital, Relay Ventures and EDB Investments.
