VC-backed Bloom Energy goes public
Fuel cell startup Bloom Energy Corp has debuted its IPO after pricing its 18 million shares at $15 per share. The stock began trading July 25, 2018 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BE." J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters. Bloom Energy's pre-IPO backers included Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, New Enterprise Associates and GSV Capital.
