VC-backed Cerêve appoints Spence as president and CEO
Oakmont, Pennsylvania-based Cerêve Inc, a maker of insomnia therapy, has named Donald J. Spence as president and CEO. Previously, Spence was group president of sleep and home respiratory and then later CEO of Philips Home Healthcare for Philips Respironics. Cerêve is backed by KKR, Arboretum Ventures, Versant Ventures and Partner Ventures.
