VC-backed Cloudflare taps Seifert as CFO
San Francisco-based Cloudflare, an internet performance and security company, has appointed Thomas Seifert as chief financial officer. Previously, he worked at Symantec where he served as executive vice president and CFO. Cloudflare is backed by New Enterprise Associates, Venrock, Union Square Ventures, Pelion and Greenspring Associates.
