VC-backed Compliance Science appoints Eisner to board of directors

Compliance Science, which is backed by Edison Partners, has added David Eisner to its board of directors. The appointment became effective February 5, 2015. Eisner was the founder and CEO of TheMarkets.com. Based in New York City, Compliance Science is a provider of governance, risk management and compliance solutions for the financial services sector.
