VC-backed Cvent files for secondary offering
Cvent said Monday that it has filed to sell 4.8 million shares of its common stock in a secondary public offering. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs will serve as lead underwriters. Based in McLean, Virginia, Cvent is an event management platform. Its backers include Insight Venture Partners, Greenspring Associates and New Enterprise Associates.
