VC-backed Delivery Hero buys rival Pizza.de
Delivery Hero has acquired German online food ordering company Pizza.de. No financial terms were disclosed. Delivery Hero's backers include Insight Venture Partners, Luxor Capital Group, Kite Ventures, Team Europe, ru-Net, Tengelmann Ventures, Point Nine Capital and Phenomen Ventures.
