VC-backed DigitalOcean adds ex-NYSE CFO Butte to board
DigitalOcean, a cloud platform for developers and their teams, has named Amy Butte to its board of directors. Her appointment is effective immediately. Her work background includes serving as chief financial officer at the New York Stock Exchange where she led its IPO in 2006. DigitalOcean's backers include Andreessen Horowitz, IA Ventures, Techstars and Access Industries.
