VC-backed Fashion Playtes attracts $2.85 mln
According to an SEC Form D filing, Fashion Playtes has raised $2.85 million in a partial close funding. The targeted amount is approximately $4.2 million. Based in Beverly, Mass., Fashion Playtes allows girls ages 5 to 12 to design their own clothes and sell them. Fashion Playtes' backers include Fairhaven Capital, New Atlantic Ventures, LaunchCapital and Golden Seeds.
