VC-backed Flatiron Health agrees to buy Altos Solutions
Flatiron Health has agreed to acquire Altos Solutions. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction, which is expected to close by the end of May 2014. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Altos Solutions is a provider of web-based oncology-specific software applications. Flatiron Health's backers include Google Ventures, First Round Capital and LabCorp.
