VC-Backed Guavus Acquires VC-Backed Neuralitic Systems
San Mateo, California's Guavus, Inc., a provider of big data analytics solutions, has acquired Neuralitic Systems, Inc., a mobile data monetization and marketing analytics company serving the telecommunications industry. The financial terms of the deal were not published. The venture-backed Guavus recently raised US$30 million in a financing led by Investor Growth Capital. The Montréal, Québec-based Neuraltic Systems has also been backed by venture capital firms since 2007. Its investors have included BDC Venture Capital, EDC Equity Fund, GO Capital LP, Relay Ventures and Vertex Venture Capital.
