AccorHotels buys VC-backed onefinestay: Reuters
(Reuters) AccorHotels, Europe’s largest hotel group, has bought British serviced home rental company onefinestay to strengthen its response to Airbnb and further expand its luxury portfolio. It paid 148 million euros ($168.5 million) for the startup, which previously raised $80.9 million in venture capital from Index Ventures, Canaan Partners, Hyatt, Intel Capital and others.
