VC-backed Philo appoints new CEO
Next-generation TV platform Philo has hired Andrew McCollum as CEO. Previously, McCollum was an entrepreneur-in-residence at New Enterprise Associates and Flybridge Partners, both of which back Philo. The firm's other investors include Xfund, Felicis Ventures, Rho Ventures and TriplePoint Capital.
