VC-backed Pluralsight buys Digital-Tutors for $45 mln
Pluralsight, which is backed by Insight Venture Partners, has acquired Digital-Tutors for $45 million. Also, the firm has hired Piyush Patel, CEO of Digital-Tutors, as the senior vice president of creative operations. Based in Oklahoma City, Digital-Tutors is an e-learning platform.
