VC-backed Rgenix expands board with new addition
New York City-based Rgenix, Inc, a developer of small molecule and antibody cancer therapeutics, has named Dr. Peter Van Vlasselaer to its board of directors. Recently, he was the president and CEO of ARMO Biosciences. Rgenix's backers include Novo A/S, Sofinnova Partners, Lepu Medical, Oceanpine Capital, WuXi AppTec’s Corporate Venture Fund, Alexandria Venture Investments and the Partnership Fund for New York City’s Innovate NY Fund.
