VC-backed SCI Solutions buys Clarity Health
SCI Solutions has acquired Seattle-based Clarity Health, a software-as-a-service solution provider that delivers insurance authorization and referral management services to health systems and independent providers. No financial terms were disclosed. SCI is backed by Columbia Pacific Advisors, ORIX Ventures, The Wicks Group and New Enterprise Associates.
