VC-backed Sonatype appoints Fox as CTO
Sonatype, which helps companies improve their software supply chains, has named Brian Fox as chief technology officer. Fox is a member of the Apache Software Foundation and former chair of the Apache Maven project. Sonatype is backed by New Enterprise Associates, Accel Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures, Bay Partners and Goldman Sachs.
