VC-backed StrongView appoints chief strategy officer
Redwood City, California-based StrongView, an e-mail and cross-channel marketing solutions provider, has hired Dave Frankland as chief strategy officer. Previously, Frankland worked at Forrester Research and DoubleClick where he served in leadership positions. Its backers include Sequoia Capital, Evercore Partners, DAG Ventures and Globespan Capital Partners.
