VC-backed Swift Capital hires chief legal officer
Swift Capital, a provider of financing for small businesses, has named Tim Naughton as chief legal officer. Previously, Naughton was assistant general counsel and senior vice president at Bank of America where he advised the firm's small business lending and deposit services. Swift is backed by Sutter Hill Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Third Point Ventures, First Round Capital and SV Angel.
