VC-backed Tabula Rasa rolls out IPO
Tabula Rasa Healthcare Inc, a provider of patient-specific medication management technology, has debuted its IPO after pricing its 4.3 million shares at $12 per share. The stock began trading September 29, 2016 on the NASDAQunder the ticker symbol "TRHC." Wells Fargo Securities and UBS Investment Bank are the lead underwriters. Tabula Rasa's backers included Originate Ventures, Radius Ventures and Emerald Stage2 Ventures.
