VC-backed TakeLessons buys Betterfly
TakeLessons, an online marketplace for qualified and vetted teachers, said Wednesday that it has acquired Betterfly. No financial terms were disclosed. Betterfly, which is backed by Lightbank, is an online lesson facilitator. TakeLessons' backers include Crosslink Capital, SoftTech VC, Siemer Ventures and Triangle Peak Partners.
