VC-backed ThinkHR appoints new board chairman, also grabs $3 mln
ThinkHR, which is backed by Bundy Ventures, has named Steve King as chairman of its board. King is the former president and CEO of ZANTAZ. Also, the firm has received $3 million in financing from SaaS Capital. Headquartered in Pleasanton, Calif, ThinkHR is a cloud-based HR resource center that provides online compliance and employee training solutions.
