VC-backed ThinkHR buys HR That Works
ThinkHR, which is backed by Bundy Ventures, said Wednesday that it has acquired HR That Works. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, as a result of the transaction, Don Phin, founder of HRTW, will join ThinkHR as vice president of strategic solutions. HRTW is an HR platform.
