VC-backed Ticketfly appoints new CFO and engineering VP
San Francisco-based ticketing platform Ticketfly has named Derek Yung as chief financial officer and Nate Underwood as vice president of engineering. Yung's work background includes serving as CFO to several companies that include Nextag and Tria Beauty while Underwood worked at a number of firms that include Livefyre and Sony. Ticketfly's backers include Sapphire Ventures, Riverwood Capital, Northgate Capital and Cross Creek Capital.
