Vectra sells Borchers to Jordan Co
Vectra Co said Dec. 14 that it has agreed to sell its Borchers business division to The Jordan Company LP. Financial terms weren’t announced. Borchers is an additives specialist for coatings, paints and printing inks. Moelis & Company provided financial advice to Vectra, while Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP (with respect to environmental matters) acted as its legal advisors. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC also acted as an advisor to Vectra. Legal advisor to Jordan is Mayer Brown LLP.
