Vehicle subscription app Fair snags $500 mln

Santa Monica, California-based Fair, a vehicle subscription app, has secured a $500 million credit facility. Mizuho Bank led the financing with participation from SoftBank Group Corp. The funds will be used to continue to scale Uber’s efforts in the U.S.
