Velicept Therapeutics picks up $15 mln
Velicept Therapeutics, a clinical stage pharmaceutical company focused on treating urological and gastrointestinal disorders, has raised $15 million in funding. Samsara BioCapital led the round. In conjunction with the funding, Cory Freedland, a principal at Samsara BioCapital, has joined Velicept's board of directors.
