Venture-backed DMTI Spatial acquired by Neopost
Markham, Ontario-based DMTI Spatial Inc, a provider of enterprise location intelligence solutions, has been acquired by Neopost, a European supplier of mail solutions. The transaction, the financial details of which were not published, will allow the two companies to deliver product and software offerings to a global market. DMTI Spatial has been a portfolio company of Canadian venture capital firm MMV Capital Partners since 2005.
