Gilde Healthcare and BioStar Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Michigan Accelerator Fund and Novus Biotechnology.

Gynesonics existing investors, including Abingworth, Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV), Endeavour Vision, HealthCrest, InterWest Partners, HBM Partners, Correlation Ventures and Hercules Technology Growth Capital also participated in the round.
