Brazilian online housing broker QuintoAndar procures $250 mln: Reuters

QuintoAndar, a Brazilian online housing broker, has secured $250 million in funding, reported Reuters. SoftBank Group International led the round. QuintoAndar now has a valuation of more than $1 billion.

Snyk takes in $70 mln

Snyk, a developer-first security company, has secured $70 million in funding. Accel, GV and Boldstart Ventures led the round.

Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Link Ventures has raised more than $100 million for its second fund. LV2 will invest in early-stage consumer internet companies.

New York City-based Cyware Labs, a threat intelligence sharing and cyber fusion product-based security company, has raised $3 million in seed funding. Emerald Development Managers led the round.

Moodify nets $1.6 mln

Moodify, an Israeli company that is developing advanced scent solutions for improved performance and well-being, has raised $1.6 million in funding. Next Gear Ventures led the round with participation from Toyota AI Ventures.

Nextdoor racks up $170 mln

San Francisco-based Nextdoor Inc, a social network for the neighborhood, has secured $170 million in financing. The investors were Bond, Riverwood Capital, Benchmark, Tiger Global Management and Kleiner Perkins. In conjunction with the funding, Bond's Mary Meeker will join Nextdoor's board of directors.

Canndescent fetches Series C

California-based Canndescent, a cultivator of cannabis, has raised $27.5 million in Series C funding. Green Acre Capital, a cannabis-specific venture fund from Canada, led the round. Other investors that participated in the round were Carnegie Arch Capital, Senterra, LLC., Altitude Investment Management, JW Asset Management and an unnamed beer company from Asia. DelMorgan & Company and Benchmark provided financial advice on the transaction.

Round 13 Capital leads funding round for Sourced Group

Sourced Group, a global IT consultancy specializing in large-scale cloud transformations for regulated industries, has secured C$20 million in financing. Toronto-based Round 13 Capital led the round with participation from Comerica Bank and HSBC. In addition to the investment, Round 13 Capital co-founder John Eckert will join Sourced's board of directors. Sourced has offices in Toronto, Australia and Singapore.

ComplianceQuest rakes in $36 mln Series A

ComplianceQuest, a modern Salesforce-based enterprise quality management system, has raised $36 million in Series A funding. Insight Partners led the round.

CIMCON grabs $33 mln

Burlington, Massachusetts-based CIMCON, a provider of smart cities technologies, has raised $33 million in financing. Digital Alpha led the round.
