Nader was the president, CEO and executive director of NPS Pharma. The investors included OrbiMed, Pontifax Fund, RA Capital Management, EcoR1 Capital, Omega Funds, BVF Partners LP, Boxer Capital LLC, Adage Capital Management LP and Alexandria Venture Investments.
