San Francisco-based Artis Ventures, an investor in Nimble Storage, Quid and Stemcentrx, announced it has named Vasudev "Vas" Bailey partner. Bailey, who helped found the enterprise sales and the healthcare business for Quid, has served as an adviser to Artis for the past two years.
