Prior to joining Schoology, Weissberg worked at Vocus, Littlepage was at Concur and Brinkman worked at Spredfast. Schoology's backers include Intel Capital, Great Oaks Venture Capital, Great Road Holdings, FirstMark Capital and Meakem Becker Venture Capital.

GreenAngel Energy Corp, a revenue-based financing firm focused on technology and industrial sectors, has appointed Michael Walkinshaw as its new CEO. Walkinshaw, who has been a director of GreenAngel since 2014, is a managing partner at Fronterra Ventures, and previously served as CFO at Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital.
