CoolIT Systems, a Calgary-based provider of electronics cooling solutions, has acquired the Thermal Liquid Cooling assets of Delphi Corp. No financial terms were disclosed. CoolIT Systems recently raised C$6.2 million in VC funding from iNova Capital, AVAC Ltd. and individual angels.

Move Networks, an American Fork, Utah–based provider of Internet television services, has acquired Inuk Networks, a UK-based triple-play service provider. No financial terms were disclosed. Move has raised over $57 million in VC funding from firms like Benchmark Capital, Cisco Systems, Comcast Interactive Capital, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Microsoft and Steamboat Ventures. Inuk Networks had raised around $18.5 million from S4C and Wesley Clover.

Pipeline Financial Group Inc., a New York-based provider of block execution systems, has acquired the assets of 3D Markets Inc., a provider of a block options execution system. No financial terms were disclosed. 3D Markets employees will now work at Pipeline, which has raised over $20 million from firms like GIV Venture Partners, Meritage Funds, Tudor Ventures and Venrock.

LogLogic, a San Jose, Calif.-based developer of log lifecycle management appliances, has agreed to buy French enterprise security company Exaprotect. No financial terms were disclosed. LogLogic has raised around $36 million from firms Focus Ventures, Sequoia Capital, SAP Ventures, Telesoft Partners, Worldview Technology Partners and Invesco Private Capital. ExaProtect had raised around $5 million from CIC Capital Prive and ELAIA Partners.

Ikanos Communications (Nasdaq: IKAN) has agreed to acquire the Broadband Access product line of Conexant Systems (Nasdaq: CNXT), for $54 million in cash and the assumption of certain liabilities. Tallwood Venture Capital is helping to finance the deal, via a $42 million purchase of Ikanos common stock at $1.75 per share. Tallwood also will receive warrants to buy an additional 7.8 million Ikanos shares.

Portico Systems Inc., a Blue Bell, Pa.-based provider of software solutions for health insurance plans, has acquired a suite of health plan contracting solutions from Kryptiq. No financial terms were disclosed. Portico has raised around $13.7 million in VC funding from Edison Venture Fund and Safeguard Scientifics. Kryptiq has raised over $20 million from firms like Shelter Capital Partners, SmartForest Ventures and Voyager Capital.

TRUSTe, a San Francisco-based provider of online private information, has acquired Haute Secure, a Seattle–based maker of website scanning and anti-malware solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. TRUSTe has raised VC funding from Accel Partners, while Haute Secure was backed by Baseline Ventures, Ron Conway and Ram Shiram.
