Verge Genomics, a biopharmaceutical company focused on neurodegenerative diseases, has closed $4 million in seed financing. IA Ventures led the round with participation from Two Sigma Ventures, Draper Associates, Great Oaks VC, Slow Ventures, Karlin Venture, Elad Gil and David Lee.
