Vertical Web Sells Events Group to GLM

GLM, which is backed by Providence Equity Partners, has acquired e-commerce events group of Vertical Web Media. Financial terms weren't announced. The acquisition includes Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition and two allied events – Internet Retailer Mobile Marketing & Commerce Forum and Internet Retailer Web Design and Usability Conference.
