VICI Properties buys Margaritaville Resort Casino's land and real estates assets
VICI Properties, a real estate investment trust, has acquired the land and real estate assets of the Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana. The price of the transaction is about $261 million in cash. Also, Penn National Gaming Inc has acquired the operating assets of the Margaritaville Resort Casino for approximately $115 million in cash.
