Private credit firm Park Square Capital's Robin Doumar believes market risks have increased over the past year.

Private equity and debt funds are facing a misalignment of interest. So says Robin Doumar, managing partner of London-headquartered Park Square Capital, in this three minute video.

Doumar also touched on growing risks in the private debt market and rising leverage levels in private equity.

“We have seen leverage levels rising and that is a concern, and the mitigant to that I would say is […] Despite the high leverage levels, we have the largest equity cheques in transactions that we’ve ever seen.”
