VolitionRx appoints new CFO and treasurer

Blood-based diagnostic tests developer VolitionRx Limited has hired David Kratochvil as chief financial officer and treasurer. The appointment becomes effective August 17. Previously, Kratochvil worked at Euro Pacific Capital where he served as managing director in the corporate finance department.
