Vortex Energy closes sale of stake in wind power portfolio

Vortex Energy, a European renewable energy platform backed by EFG Hermes‘ private equity arm, has closed its sale of a 49 percent stake in a Pan-European wind power portfolio managed and co-owned by EDPR,to institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. No financial terms were disclosed.
