Reston, Virginia-based Vricon Inc, a provider of 3D geodata and 3D visualization solutions, has named Gilman Louie as chairman of its board. Louie is the founder and former CEO of In-Q-Tel. Vricon is a new joint venture between Saab AB and DigitalGlobe.
