Vringo Nabs $2.5 Mil, Makes Buy
Vringo, the software platform developer for mobile and video applications, closed a private placement of convertible notes for $2.5 million mostly with Benchmark Capital and DAG Ventures, the company announced. Vringo also revealed it will acquire and merge operations with Zlango Ltd, a mobile messaging company. Specifics of the deal were not disclosed.
